Keegan Edwards and Avery Knock pitched some of their best baseball of the year Saturday night, combining to allow only one Lisbon run in a 3-1 victory.

The game was tied 1-1 into the fifth inning, when with two outs Knock drove a triple to the outfield to score Edwards and Cade Shield.

Edwards was the starter for Lone Tree, going four innings. Knock pitched the final three.

With the win, Lone Tree moves on to face Midland on Tuesday at Calamus-Wheatland High School at 5 p.m.

Midland (16-16) was an 8-6 winner over Springville (10-22). Lone Tree is now 12-11 on the season.
