Brackets for Class 1A and Class 2A baseball were released, forging team's path to the state tournament.
Mid-Prairie was awarded the No. 1 seed in Class 2A District 6, giving them a first round bye.
They will play the winner of West Liberty (8-10) and Durant (7-10) on July 16 at home.
Mid-Prairie split a doubleheader with West Liberty and Durant earlier this season.
West Branch (10-5) received a bye as well and will play the winner of Tipton (9-8) and Regina (8-14).

The district final will be hosted by Mid-Prairie on July 20 at 7 p.m.
The substate final between Class 2A district 5 and 6 will be hosted on July 23 at Central DeWitt. Class 2A No. 8 Beckman Catholic is the No. 1 seed in District 5.
Lone Tree was placed into District 7, where they will face off with Lisbon at Midland High School on July 13 at 5 p.m. The winner of that game will face off with the winner of Midland/Springville.
Class 1A No. 4 Calamus-Wheatland is the top seed in the district.
Iowa Mennonite will host their first game of the postseason with New London coming to town. It will be the second game of a doubleheader, with the game set to start at 7 p.m. on July 13.
Right below them in the bracket is a matchup between Highland and Cardinal. The Huskies will play at Burlington Notre Dame at 5 p.m. on July 13.
If both Highland and IMS win, they would face off at Burlington Notre Dame on July 16. Notre Dame earned the top seed in District 8.
The final is on July 20 at Burlington Notre Dame.
The substate final for District 7 and 8 is on July 23 at Solon.
